Regathering FAQs

We can’t wait to see you!

While we continue to pray and ask God for protection and healing from the COVID virus, we’re also being proactive to provide a clean environment .

Our online services will continue for those who prefer to watch from home. For those of you who are planning to join us in-person, here are some of the things we’re doing to keep you safe.

With new information and guidelines frequently evolving, we are staying up to date regarding the current requirements and making adjustments as necessary.
WHAT WE'RE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE:
  • We are taking every precaution as prescribed by the CDC to ensure that our campus is clean and safe for you and your family.
  • Our staff and volunteers will wear masks and have their temperature checked before serving.
  • Seating in the sanctuary and outdoor areas will be socially distanced.
  • Additional hand-sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the campus.
  • All services will be a touchless experience, and all high-volume areas will be cleaned between services.
  • No offering buckets will be passed. Instead, we will have two secure giving kiosks by the doors of the Worship Center. We highly encourage giving online on our website and app.
  • Giving envelopes will be available upon request at the Welcome Center and at the giving kiosks.
  • Download the Grace Honolulu app to access notes, upcoming events and much more!
HOW YOU CAN HELP US:
  • In keeping with our local and CDC guidelines, here are our updated mask guidelines (as of 10/8/21): 1. When in indoor areas like our Worship Center, we're encouraging people three-years-old and above to wear their face mask; 2) In our outdoor areas, face masks are optional; 3) For the security of all, our Serve Team members will continue to wear their masks in all areas of our campus.
  • We have masks available if you forget to bring one.
  • We will be taking a quick temperature check when you arrive.
  • Please sit in your reserved seats with your family.
  • Please wash your hands and use hand sanitizer often.
  • Maintain a distance of six feet between yourself and other guests as you move around the campus.
  • If you're not feeling well, please watch our service online.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I ARRIVE?
As you enter our campus, you’ll notice that all of our staff and serve team members are wearing face coverings. For your safety and theirs, we ask everyone to wear a face mask.

Once you enter the campus, proceed to the check-in area. When you made your reservation, you received a bar code. Please have your bar code ready and our team will check you in.

After you have checked in, you are invited to head to the sanctuary to find your seat, which we have sanitized for your safety. Once there, you’ll notice that your household is seated in a way that maintains social distancing.
